How can I book and pay?

Online:

Please fill in the booking request for the cruise you wish and we answer after checking the availability for your prefered day. With our answer you’ll receive our bank data (Paypal possible too). Please transfer the requested amount as soon as possible. If we don’t receive your payment up to 48 hours before department we will cancel your reservation automatically.As soon as your payment has been received, we will send you your ticket via e-Mail.
Last-minute bookings, only if available, are also possible on site in our POPAI Kiosk at the Faliraki Harbour Kiosk and at the Apollo Beach Kiosk. You can always get the latest information about the availability of seats.

Do you have drinks on board?

Of course we are happy to serve you ice cold drinks (bottled water, beer, Coca Cola, … with reasonable prices). Hot coffee and tea can be served as well.

What is included in the BBQ?

Souvlakis, sausages, Greek Salad, plain bread and garlic bread, Tzatziki, white wine and Souma (local grape schnaps) and various fruits.

Where is the departure? / Do you offer transfers?

We operate 3 pick-up stations in Faliraki with our boat! The main station is located in the Faliraki Harbour, furthermore at the Apollo Beach Station and at the Watersports Station in beachfront of the Pegasos Hotel.
We do not offer any transfer, but we recommend you to use the local well organized public bus transport (Bus ca. € 2,50 from Rhodes to Faliraki e. g. …) or a really affordable taxiservice (ca. € 1,- / km), in order to save your time and money just to keep your own flexibility.

What happens in case of bad weather conditions?

If we cannot cruise because of the weather conditions, you can change your ticket to the next possible day. If you can’t change to an alternative date you‘ll get your money back of course.

Cancellation Policy

● 100% refund when cancelling up to 72 hours before departure.
● 50 % refund when cancelling up to 24 hours before departure.
● No refund if you miss the tour for any reason!
● 100% refund in case of bad weather / sea conditions.
